Delete your Sipag account

Last updated September 8, 2026

Sipag is a shared to-do app for households, couples and friend groups. You can delete your account and its data yourself, at any time, without asking anyone.

Delete it from the app

  1. Open Sipag and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
  3. Confirm when asked. The account is removed immediately.

You will be signed out and returned to the welcome screen.

If you can no longer sign in

Email studio@collaub.com from the address you signed up with, and say that you want your account deleted. We verify the request came from that address, delete the account within 30 days, and reply once it is done. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, including your name, email address and profile picture
  • Your sign-in records and any active sessions
  • Your points, streaks and group memberships
  • Any group where you were the only member, along with all of its to-dos
  • Any device tokens used to send you notifications

What stays, and why

To-dos in a group you shared with other people stay with that group — one person leaving should not erase a household’s history. Those to-dos are unlinked from you: anything assigned to you becomes unassigned, anything you completed no longer carries your name, and your profile is gone from the member list and the leaderboard.

If you were the only administrator of a group that still has members, the longest-standing member is promoted so the group is not left without one.

Timing

Deletion from our live systems is immediate and cannot be undone. Routine backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, and any residual copies are gone within 30 days.
