Terms of service
Last updated September 8, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and the developer of Sipag (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the Sipag mobile app and this website. By signing in to Sipag you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Using Sipag
You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google account secure. Sipag is provided free of charge; there are no purchases or subscriptions.
Your content
The groups, to-dos and notes you write remain yours. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the service — to store your content, and to show it to the other members of the groups you put it in. We do not use your content for advertising and we do not sell it.
Anything you add to a group is visible to every member of that group. Invite codes let anyone who has one join, so share them only with people you want in the group.
Acceptable use
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on Sipag. You agree not to use it to:
- harass, threaten, bully or impersonate anyone;
- post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that depicts or promotes violence;
- share someone else’s private information without their consent;
- infringe anyone’s intellectual property;
- distribute malware, spam or unsolicited advertising;
- attempt to breach, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service or other people’s accounts.
Reporting a problem with content or a member
If someone in a group posts something objectionable or behaves abusively, you can remove the content or leave the group from inside the app, and a group administrator can remove the member. You can also report it to us at studio@collaub.com. We review reports and act on them — by removing content, removing a member, or terminating an account — within 24 hours.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to by law. You can stop using Sipag whenever you like and delete your account from the Profile tab — see deleting your account.
Availability and changes
We try to keep Sipag running, but it is provided as-is and we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Sipag is not a backup service — please do not rely on it as the only copy of anything important.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sipag is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app. Continuing to use Sipag after a change means you accept the new terms.
